Biking Plaine Morte – Sierre

SWITZERLAND | We had to wait one year to do this trail! Last year the cabin was closed the whole summer due to renovation and finally you can go again. The trail from the Plaine Morte glacier down to Sierre is one of the longest trails of Europe! We did 2610m descent and maybe 250m uphill 🤩

The trail is technically difficult at the beginning and then it becomes more and more flowy! The landscape between the Cabane of Wildstrubel and the lake of Tseuzier is absolutely stunning!

Where: Take the cabin up to the Plaine Morte in Crans-Montana and then follow the signs to the cabane of Wildstrubel. Then follow the only path till the lake. From there you take the Bisse de Ayent and go to Luc, then Bisse de Clavau until you reach Sierre.

What: One if the best alpine trails ever and an amazing panorama!
